The wide application of each field lives with the information technology in the society in recent years, " information technology ability" has already become important component of contemporary talent' s knowledge and the ability structure, therefore as talent's cradle , the schools of middle and primary schools have already regard information technology education as the important component of teaching. The information technology education is mainly practice ability and innovation ability of training students, the final goal is to train students' information literacy to put emphasis on making students form the positive attitude towards study, make the course of obtaining knowledge and technical ability become the course of students learning to study and forming the correct values; Put emphasis on connection of the studying content and actual life and the ability of the student solving the true problem; Emphasize that students participate in , probe into finding , pay attention to the cultivation of its ability of solving the problem , exchanging cooperation etc. voluntarily. And according to our country's present educational teaching practice, teaching assessment has a great deal of deficiency in such aspects as purpose, content, method, environment, if assessment has not given full play to the student' s development , the content of assessment laid particular stress on the book knowledge, the method of assessment is single, students are in passive status while appraising , exchange and understand are scarce in many aspects while appraising . Therefore, the traditional appraisal method can't already be competent at information technology course , we need to explore a kind of new appraisal method .The rise of the fourth teaching appraisal theory , the development of the educational quality assessment , the application and popularization of Performance Assessment and Portfolio Assessment etc. many kinds of educational assessment and the promotion of rising educational assessment theory to student' s development and teaching innovation, make the reform of the world educational assessment enter a new developing stage. This thesis uses the successful experience of Performance Assessment and PortfolioAssessment in the whole world, has combined them to probe into the teaching assessment of the primary information technology in our country and attain some achievement, in summary, this thesis mainly has several following obvious characteristics:First, the core of this thesis is how to bring about an advance in student better through assessment , train students' information literacy, improve students' practice ability and innovation ability. Stress in appraising the purpose that promotes student' s development and improved function of teaching; Use the appraisal method of the authenticity to combine assessment with teaching together closely in the appraisal method ; In the appraisal feedback, through establishing the appropriate and clear appraisal goal, and utilizing the pointed comment and improvement function to give play to guide effect in the assessment , thus the development of students is encouraged and guided more effectively.Second, give full play to different person' s positive role in assessment, strengthen the exchange , understanding and cooperation among them . In the thesis, student, companion and teacher are positive participant and important appraisal resource. Student participates in his own assessment, becomes the person responsible for his study; Student' s mutual assessment promotes group's cooperation learning , makes each student find the companion's advantage, review himself deficiency ; The teacher is not only person who teach the knowledge in assessment , at the same time but also a partner of student' s study.Third, combine the theory with practice , we should not only know how to do, but also know why do it in this way.
