| In November of 2003, Ministry of Education issues " 2004 bachelor degree curriculum scheme of the national university and colleges (try out) ", has revealed the curtain that a new round of curriculum reform of P.E. Specialty.Since the foundation of the state, the P.E. specialty of our country have adjusted curriculum scheme for several times in 1955, 1963, 1980, 1986, 1991, 1997 separately, carried on the curriculum reform. Though it has obtained certain achievement, there are still some questions on the whole, for example professional lines pass strong, normal character is insufficient, academic nature is scant, flexibility is inadequate, adaptability is deficient, etc. In the final analysis, it is too deep to be mainly affected by traditional curriculum ideas, especially educational curriculum mode of specialized personnel and curriculum idea which formed under the former Soviet Union's planned economic system still occupy an leading position, this kind of curriculum idea is incompatible with present market economy. Therefore, changing the traditional education ideas and establish the advanced modern curriculum ideas with era nature, it is the key to curriculum reform of P.E. specialty.This research adopts the methods of documentary, comparative analysis and historical study. Through comparing the curriculum key elements involved all previous teaching projects (curriculum schemes) from the P.E. specialty came into being, especially since the reform and opening-up, it attempts to carry on overall and systematic research and comb to the basic ideas of curriculum reform of P.E. specialty in our country with the hope of enriching and developing the theoretical research of P.E. curriculum and serving for practice of the curriculum reform at the same time.The research begins with the concept " idea ", compares and analyses the connotation and relevant concepts of "idea", and puts forward the intension of" curriculum idea" on the basis that the intension and extension of" idea " have realized clearly." Curriculum idea " refers to people's rational knowledge to this education phenomenon of curriculum, the ideal pursues and concepts about curriculum and philosophy view held, it is the education knowledge, theideal and idea system with relatively stability and continuity to realize.Second part of article has reviewed and analyzed the history of P.E. curriculum and education ideas which influenced curriculum at that time to reform and opening-up from the moment that the P.E. specialty is set up, points out that the P.E. specialty of our country has gone through " Japanese type", " American type" and " Soviet type" curriculum mode under the guidance of P.E. idea of army, naturalism and Kaiserf successively before the reform and opening-up.Education idea is the superior concept of curriculum idea, in a sense, the higher education idea is the macroscopical idea of curriculum reform of P.E. specialty, the development of the higher education idea must cause the change of corresponding curriculum idea of P.E. specialty. The third part of the article has expounded the quality education idea, education all the life idea, individuation education idea and internationalization education idea of new period, etc. and the influence to professional curriculum of P.E.The basic idea of professional curriculum of P.E. is the philosophy to instruct the curriculum reform of P.E. specialty, it has reflected the guidance thinking, reformational stress and practical pursue of the professional curriculum reform. The last part of the article compares and summarizes relevant curriculum factors involved teaching projects (curriculum schemes) over the years, and demonstrates in the final the basic curriculum ideas of P.E. specialty: physical education and healthy education are merged; general education and major education are combined; science education and humanity education are integrated; academic nature and normal nature are unified; commonness and individuality are in harmony.
