This paper mainly discusses the developing process of Development and manufacturing of Simulative Training and Testing System of Sailboard Pumping that is one of the projects that tackle the key problem of science and technology of State Sport general Administration of China.First, this paper discusses the characteristic of sailing sport, especially the action characteristic of sailboard pumping and build the multi-body dynamics prototype of athlete-sport-environment according to them and gets all kinds of documents such as the training parameters and technology parameters, then ascertains the equipment parameters and manufactures the mechanical structure of the system according to security principle, liability principle, convenience principle and discusses the structure nature of it in detail.Second, this paper discusses the characteristic isokinetic technology, function and study status quo and introduces the designing blue print according to the nature of isokinetic resistance and accounts for its structure at length. It also discusses how to apply PID control theory to the isokinetic arithmetic used in this project and how to simulate the control arithmetic under different input by using MATLAB/SIMULIN. By comparing simulation result with theory analysis result, it concludes that the arithmetic used is right and PID parameters are reasonable.Third, this paper discusses some key technologies during software development, for example the development process of human database and training information database, security management, port operation, drawing of training graph and shows their program if necessary. |
