Nowadays nonintellectual factors have generally got more and more attention in education, especially in mathematics teaching, and how to culture the students' nonintellectual factors is yeally a project that needs further improvements.The present writer had measured the freshmen' sintelligence level and their notice stability degree, and then divided them into two equal groups according to the result they got in the measurement, the writer did the experimental research in some ways explored in the practical teaching all by her self, which have proved to be efficient. The teaching practice also has proved that it is good practice to culture the students' nonintellectual factor in math teaching, they are also the efficient ways to culture the students' fine nonintellectual factors.
