Non-intellectual factors have an important impact on effectiveness and motivation of chemistry learning.In teaching, cultivating non-intelligence factors has a far-reaching significance on vulnerable groups of the students. In this paper, non-intellectual factors at home and abroad were reviewed. Based on theory of psychology and chemistry teaching, teachers'teaching in the classroom about how to create a harmonious learning atmosphere and design teaching process, how to deal with reasonable needs of students, how to foster motivation and how to cultivating emotional attitude was explored.It explores the specific ways of teachers'training on non-intelligence factors to students, the psychological counseling, learning strategies and student self-regulation, etc. which will help the students to solve the problems in the learning and improve the level of self-consciousness and self-control capacity on non-intellectual factors. In the process of training non-intellectual factors, the developing characteristics of vulnerable groups on non-intelligence factors was payed more attention, and ways to carry out targeted training work of non-intellectual factors were explored .In a middle school in Renqiu Hebei Province, through questionnaires, interviews and teaching experiment, for testing the rationality and feasibility of theoretical study was researched. Analyze experimental results and come to the following conclusions:(1) Through the Teacher Training, students raise the level of non-intelligence factors and achievement;(2) Chemistry teachers in the classroom teaching should fully understand students'needs and this will help to deal with reasonable needs of students, foster motivation and emotional attitude of students.(3) To carry out extra-curricular learning activities help to improve psychological counseling students on non-intellectual factors, level of self-consciousness and self-regulation and control capability;(4)Students need long-term training of non-intellectual factors in Curricular and extra-curricular.(5)Non-intelligence factors development of disadvantaged students lag behind non-disadvantaged students and has its own characteristics, so teachers should be targeted training, to facilitate movement and improve their level of development of non-intelligence factors.
