The Study Of The Athlete's Reticulocyte Indices And The Correlation Of Hemoglobin Content

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characterstic of the athlete's reticuloeyte indices reference values of different event, and analyze the correlation of the reticuloeyte indices and the hemoglobin content ,to provide the information to monitor the fluctuate of the athlte's hemoglobin content?Method: we tested 340 athletes of JiangSu province training squad before winter training season.In all cases, blood parameters were measured from venous blood samples(1.5~2ml) collected via venipuncture from athlete in a supine position.Result: 1.According to the control of WHO, there only 1.2% of the female athletes was anemia; 2. The value of the CHr is increased with he hemoglobin content,either male or female athlete;3.there is statistics difference between each item of red blood indices and reticulocytes indices;4.The athlete's %RETIC, #RETIC is higher than the normal people,but IRF is lower than the mormal people . Conclusion: 1. According to this research, the percent of the sports anemia is 1.2%; 2.there is different effect on erythroposis of the training and the method of training ; 3. CHr had the significant value, it can reflect the variable of hemoglobin content timely; 4.The variable of the reticulocytes indices of the athlete's is due to many reasons.
