Therefore, combining the specific characteristics of canoeing, respectively according to kayak training of physiological and biochemical monitoring content and index system, special training load and stage training effect and recovery training effect, puts forward the key monitoring of Beijing Canoeing Team before the hemoglobin and iron metabolism indices.This study through the acquisition Beijing canoeing athletes 2015 national championships before each training stage in the early morning quiet of fingertip blood and venous blood; testing targets of blood urea, creatine kinase, blood routine test, ferritin, and record the nature of the training load and change; statistical index test results stated that the hemoglobin in during the change rules, combined with other indicators and training load of according to the analysis, discovery and to find out the changes of hemoglobin and iron metabolism and its relationship with iron metabolism, and analyze the training load of hemoglobin produced the cause and the impact.In this study, the retrieval of CNKI, PubMed website to download and read a large number of literatures about the low hemoglobin, sports anemia, iron metabolism theory and index as a reference, making theoretical preparation for the test purpose and test process, and summarizes the study can reference theories and conclusions for the analysis.This study according to the characteristics for the early changes in canoeing athletes in Beijing before the exercise training in the detection and discovery of athletes hemoglobin, and the earlier the induction, prediction to the training, combining with the results of other physiological and biochemical indexes of monitoring, in order to take timely and scientific training plan, adjust the training load means, to improve the effect of Beijing City canoe captain group of athletes pre competition training to help the pre competition ability promotion has positive significance.
