The Study Of The Way And Character Of Conduction Of The Sport Performance Ability For Artistic Gymnastics

the world of matter and everything that human being are facing is not only related but also developed forever, which constitutes the history evolvement process of the world. So the true task of science is to reveal the intrinsic relations of things and phenomena. In artistic gymnastics, the relations and action of each factor of sport performance ability are present in training and take a great effect, which should be paid attention. However, after having referred to a lot of documents, we find that now the studies of the effect and action of each factor of sport performance ability are few, and some laws of its way and character are not in deep discussion and systematic generalization. We can say that the studies of it are still few, which is the problem that we should resolve in training quickly. Therefore, this paper tries to embark on the relations and action of sport performance ability (the conduction of sport performance ability) for artistic gymnastics, and sum up the laws of it through the study in its way and character, by which we want to enrich the theory of artistic gymnastics training and direct the training practice. This paper's study objects rely mainly on the gymnastics teams of high level in Beijing (National Gymnastics Team, Beijing Gymnastics Team and the Gymnastics Team of PLA), and in the meantime collect the Gymnastics Team of high level of 13 provinces and cities at random such as Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Sichuan, etc. This paper comes to the conclusion as follows through study and analysis by document, questionnaire, visiting, case analysis and statistics: 1. The effect of the composed factors of sport performance ability to its systematic function is not their simple addition. The each factor of the system will affect in training.2. The conduction of sport performance ability for artistic gymnastics refers to the effect and action of each quality or ability of different levels of the composed factors of sport performance ability for artistic gymnastics. 3. The conduction of sport performance ability for artistic gymnastics has many ways. It can be divided into vertical conduction and horizontal conduction according to the direction of the conduction, into positive conduction and negative conduction according to the benefits generated in conduction, into magnified conduction and extended conduction according to the extent and range of the conduction, into corresponding period's conduction and slow conduction according to the time difference in conduction. 4. Universality and particularity, directness and indirectness are the character of the conduction of sport performance ability for artistic gymnastics.
