Studies On The Investment Of Ensuring The Quality Of Agricultural Doctor

Education investment is one of the important factors of ensuring doctor's quality of education of agricultural department. This paper proceeds from theory and real investigation, carries on theoretical research and real example analysis of agricultural department doctor's education investment and quality, draws the quantity of investment of ensuring agricultural department doctor's qualified quality, does qualitative analysis of how education investment ensures quality, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This paper divides into six sections. Section one is the introduction, introducing background of research, the purpose and meaning studied, the main content and method studied, doing the survey of the document in study on domestic some scholars outside, defining a piece of key concepts of research. Section two is the general theoretical research about the investment of agricultural department doctor's education. This section divides into two parts, The first part is the general theoretical question of education investment, including concept, classification, characteristic and bear subject, etc. The second part is the theoretical research of the training cost of agricultural department doctor, proposing the composition and calculating train of thought of the cost, which has done the foreshadowing in theory for the following real example analysis. It analyses the cost compensation's current situation and principle at the same time, putting forward the preliminary imagination of cost compensation. Section three is the theoretical research of agricultural department doctor's quality, analysing the definition of doctor's quality of education of agricultural department, the compositions of intension and quality view, proposing quantization measurement index of agricultural department doctor's training quality, and carrying on certain theoretical research of concept, subject and way of the agricultural department doctor' education quality guarantee and investment in the guarantee to quality.
