Study On The Social Need Mentality Of Peasants In Business In Cities--An Investigation On The Peasants In Business In Wuhan

Urbanization has profound influence to the human society, the main content of urbanization is urbanization of peasants in city. The peasants who are in business in cities are the representative of peasants staying in cities, stability and development of the society are affected by their needs and sense of need satisfaction. This is the empirical study of peasants in business in Wuhan.The study is made up of six parts. The first part includes the goal the current situation and methods of this study. Form the second part to the fifth part there is an exploratory study about peasants' need and sense of need satisfaction at the aspects of the safety, the affiliation, the residence and the development. First, the study finds out that peasants in business in city have strong safety need, they are worrying about their residence, health service,children' education service, keeping basic living and surroundings security. Also the lever of their safety need satisfaction is low ,which was affected by social mind of the city. Second, the study finds out that peasants in business in city have strong affiliation need to primary group and specific affiliation need to occupation relations, low affiliation need to residents of the city. Most of them have the ordinary lever of affiliation need satisfaction, which is affected by the experience of affiliation in city. Third, the study finds out their having residence need and the level of their residence need satisfaction being ordinary which are affected by the experience of living surroundings , feelings in communication and self-role expection. Fourth, most of them have the development need in undertakings and technical ability, their development need satisfaction in technical ability is not good, their development need satisfaction in undertakings is ordinary and is affected by their income and the experience of the status mobility between the urban and countryside.In the last part, the research has pointed out the main conclusion, the problem remaining to be explored and the drawback about the research.
