Study On Cultivation Of College Students' Positive Social Mentality In New Era

Social mentality is the mental state and psychological expression of social subjects,which has an important impact on the growth of human personality and its real life.?Positive social mentality can not only provide spiritual impetus for personal development,but also provide positive psychological energy for social harmony and progress.?To meet the needs of the development of the times and cultivate self-esteem,self-confidence,rational and peaceful,positive social mentality is the fundamental task of social psychological construction in the new era.College students are successors to the cause of socialism.Whether they have a positive social mentality or not is not only related to their own mental growth and overall development,but also related to social harmony and stability and the future development and progress of Chinese society.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of College Students' positive mentality.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this paper makes a comprehensive use of sociology,social psychology,ideological and political education and other related theories and analysis methods,focusing on the cultivation of positive social mentality of college students in the new era.Firstly,it explains the rich connotation,great significance and realistic requirements of the new era,and explains the connotation,external representation and function of social mentality and positive social mentality.In particular,it points out that positive social mentality is a positive and positive social mentality that meets the needs of national social development in a certain historical period,promotes the free and all-round development of social members,and provides spiritual impetus for the development and progress of the times.Secondly,we should establish four bases for the cultivation of College Students' positive social mentality.Theoretical basis: Marxist theory guidance and social psychology theory reference;realistic basis: the inevitable requirement of maintaining social harmony and stability,the urgent need of cultivating new people in an all-round development era,and the realistic demand of promoting the modernization process of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Goal basis: Establish self-esteem,self-confidence,rational peace,positive and upward as the goal of Cultivating College Students' positive social mentality;based on the inherent consistency between Ideological and political education and social mentality cultivation,establish that ideological and political education is a realistic operating platform for college students' social mentality cultivation.Thirdly,according to the concrete contents of the positive social mentality of self-esteem,self-confidence,rational peace,positive and upward,this paper makes a qualitative investigation and analysis of the realistic situation of College Students' social mentality from three dimensions: social cognition,social emotion and social values.It points out that the mainstream of contemporary college students' social mentality is healthy and positive,but there are also negative social mentality such as lack of self-confidence,impetuous anxiety,lack of rationality,value and utility.It is pointed out that the psychological projection of realistic contradictions and conflicts,the information intrusion of virtual world,the insufficient management loopholes in Colleges and universities and the insufficient growth of individual mind are the main reasons for the unhealthy social mentality of College students.Finally,the research discusses the cultivation of positive social mentality,including cultivation principle of diversity and dominance,consciousness and reality,integrity and individuality,as well as reality and virtual;adopting the cultivation strategies: theory indoctrination,spirit leading,system restraint,demand response and mentality unblocking.According to the classification,the author puts forward the main measures to cultivate the positive social mentality of college students,such as by solving the main social contradiction,strengthening the guidance of public opinion,improving the explanatory power of theory and guiding to cultivate the self-esteem and self-confidence of college students.To bring into play the leading role of the core values of socialism and cultivate the rational and peaceful social mentality of college students through daily education,service and management of humanistic care psychology.To unify the individual dream and the National dream with the Chinese dream,we should train the college students to actively participate in politics and serve the society,and enhance the depth and breadth of the social practice to cultivate the college students positive social mentality.
