On the opinion of modern pedagogy, the pedagogical process is a process of teacher-student intercourse, mutual interaction and co-development. Intercourse is the essence of pedagogy.Although study on pedagogical intercourse has already got great development, most of them focus on the status of primary school and middle school. Pre-school education aims to the children ages from 0 to 6 years old. The special character of physiology and psychology of children decides that pre-school education stress on the entirety circumstance . connection, permeation, gameness. Thus, pedagogical intercourse of kindergarten has its own character.Structural paradigm was accepted in the study of pedagogical intercourse in the past. It has strong reason-thinking and ignored the circumstance of educational reality. Adopting qualitative research method, this paper pays more attention on the exploring and construction of multi-reality, emphasizes what the phenomenon means in the actors eyes, and it attaches the character of phenomenology. The study result doesn't pursuit generalism, but has intense effect ion.By selecting six teachers and 81 children from the kindergarten in which the author works, authentic materials from real educational process were collected. The real state and effecting factor of kindergarten pedagogical intercourse was explored. The intervening tactics to enhance the kindergarten pedagogical intercourse level was analyzed.The research results shows that administrative system of kindergarten pedagogy authority absolution of teachers and their personal character are the main factor affect the pedagogical intercourse level. Therefore we ought to change the role consciousness of kindergarten teachers. Deepen the intercourse form and content. Making kindergarten teacher truly become the cooperator, guides promoter and investigator of children's learning.
