It was the stabilized society before the industrial revolution, while it is the change-adapting society after the industrial revolution. As for the people living in the continual change of the personal, it is essential that developing the ability of dealing with the personal problem. The intercourse problem becomes very important in the modern society as the extent of the intercourse is more and more wider and the object and the style of the intercourse is vertiginous along with the rapid development of the information industry.I have taken a field investigation in a medium company in Ningbo city for more two months. According the collected information from the investigation, I described in detail and analyze the typical events of the intercourse taking place in the company, furthermore I drew on the following conclusions concerning about the intercourse:1.
