At the beginning of the new century, knowledge economy is playing its part. With the development of modern science and technology, international competitions are becoming fiercer with the aim at the Productive geniuses .Both the information society and global economy are the basic factors which decide the existence of a nation in productive mood and level .In China, the ministry of education has worked out the Plan for Education promotion process Facing The 21st Century, which calls for serious concern of the productive and creative ability of the whole nation.And the question of how to develop student's innovative ability in the mathematic classroom teaching in primary school, has become the primary concern ,And the important research topic for the mathematic educators.From my own experience in the teaching of mathematics, I have referred to some reference books, and experienced and concluded several ways and methods:1. Implementing question-based learning ,edifying innovation.2. applying cooperative learing innovation.3. implementing innovation by taking the research-oriented teaching as the kernel.4. promoting innovation via modern teaching technologyThe implementation of the new basic course reform is a complex and hard task With the new conception of the teaching of mathematics, teachers should set up the scientific viewpoints in directing students, teaching practice as well as self-improvement. Under the guidance of great education, we should make further exploration in our methodology and set up a new teaching method .Furthermore, based on our teaching materials, we should carry on the reform and evaluation in teaching process, in order to make the students grow up quickly and become productive geniuses in nice environment.
