Creative thought, which the people ponder over the internal relations of things unprecedentedly and produce the new idea with creation, is the human high class thought activity. It exists in intelligence not only a few geniuses but also average persons, but not all people can make good use of it. It isn't brought into play well because of being fettered by conservative ideas. All creative thought which hiding in people's intelligence can be trained, provided it is developed deeply and drilled consciously.The types of talent who has creativity are demanded in the 21st century. The teachers should train students to think creatively to meet the requirement of the society in the future. In this paper, it studies and deliberates thoroughly how to train students creative thought ability in the mathematics teaching in middle school.First, it advances the importance to train student creative thought. 1, in keen international competition, it is paid attention to develop the talents who have creativity by all countries, and regarded as important strategy measures which have the profound meaning. Nowadays, it is a knowledge-based age, is a talent and science technique competition and synthetic national power competition age.
