The Practice And Research Of Multimedia Technique Cultivating Ability Of Reading Graphs

It has been proved that graph teaching plays a special role in training students' reading graphs, enhancing students' visual thinking and promoting students' science ability. So graph teaching became an important feature of geography education, and graph analysis became an unchanging examination type in all kinds of middle school geography examination. However the traditional teaching method has been using in geography teaching for many years. This method has greatly limited the development of students' visual thinking. Because abstract thinking takes the place of the visual thinking, and this leads intuitionistic geography knowledge becomes complex, so this depresses positivity of students studying geography knowledge .Using multimedia-modern education technique not only can greatly promote positivity of students studying geography knowledge, but also can cultivate visual thinking of students comparing traditional graph teaching.Through practicing and theory researching, the writer finds that many middle schools geography teachers have not accepted enormous functions of multimedia technique and they go on using traditional teaching method, which leads that special functions of geography taking in diathesis education can't exert totally. So this paper chooses this subject to discuss.
