The procession learning is the procession of self-knowledge updating and developing. Rapid progress of web technology and communication technology sets up a whole new space for education. Web-based learning environment provide a new learning environment for educates. The new learning environment has more functions and the interface is more convenient. The environment can integrate kinds of technology and allow the learners to acquire abroad information around the world. The dream of whole-life education comes true in a sense.From the point of view of the technical structure of web-based learning environments, web-based learning environments include WWW(Internet), E-mail, BBS , Chat Room, MUD/MOO etc. Web learning environment has many characteristics, including egalitarian, dummy and compatibility. A statistical investigation indicates that it is short of communication and cooperation in the web-based learning environment. This is the serious limitation. So we should reinforce to infiltrate humanism and emotional factor into web learning environment.
