According to the new Biology curriculumn , students shouldchange their learning methods and learn actively and personallyunder their teachers' instruction . Inquiry Instruction to Biologyteaching can help the reforming of the curriculumn , and itis useful for the students to master scientific methods andtechnique . But at present , there are only very few teachersapplying Inquiry Instruction , most of the teachers prefer tofollowing the traditional teaching method . In order to apply InquiryInstruction , the author thinks that the teachers should participatethe inquiry process and the government should train teachers .Teachers should construct their own models of inquiry teachingto improve their teaching quality . through the research , I thinkthat it is practical to apply Inquiry Instruction to Biologyteaching and we should guide teachers to penetrate InquiryInstruction in the process of biology teaching . I think myresearch is not only theoretical also practical to ourbiology teaching . I hope that more and more teachers will penetrateInquiry Instruction in their teaching and their students can learn Vmore actively and innovatively .
