In June 2001,the State Council held nationwide conference and set the file"Reformation and Development of Fundamental Education". We have had the opening and reforming policy, made a decision on innovation and development of fundament Education. When it was sent out , Chinese fundament education was propelled extremely."Ordinary Biological Course Standard"that issue and then person used to begin teach editions of biology will it be autumn 2002,fully embody a new idea: Study is that one structures knowledge, develops course of ability voluntarily, education should pay more attention to developing students innovation to ability and practice ability.In order to embody the new idea better in the education. Based on education practice, I delved into inquiring learning theories,and carried on some researches and practice in how to use it on the biology teaching of junior middle school. Combined my teaching practice, I analyzed carefully the meaning and the character of exploratory study. At the same time, also I stressed the necessity that our school carried it out. I questioned my own opinion on how to use it and briefly illusetrated evaluation of the measures in training students'inquiry learning ability in biology teaching.It is proved that this mode has brought a great change in biology education in our school after about three years, it could make for structures students'knowledge , and it is an effective way to improve students'innovation ability and practice ability, at the same time ,it promoted the change of the teacher's education idea and the teaching behavior, made the teacher's character get the exaltation .Of course ,it gave rise to some new problems that should be probed and solved further, and discuss with relative experts to find final solutions.
