With the high development of up-to-date science & technology in the 21st century, information technology (IT) has penetrated every aspects of our society. Talent with independent personality, innovation spirit and ability was required. With computer technology widely used in teaching, advanced mathematics has three features: "mathematical technology", "mathematical theory", and "mathematical experiment". So, a new mode of mathematical teaching, mathematical experiment, is becoming a new focus of reformation and innovation during advocating quality education.In this paper, teaching mode of mathematics experiment was constructed under computer circumstances, which is based on psychology development of high school student. Incorporating background of currently society and teaching development, origin and development on teaching of mathematics experiment was demonstrated, and experiment type, character, function on teaching of mathematics experiment was analyzed. Based on the origin of mathematics view— "mathematics teaching is the teaching of mathematics thinking", and "constructivism theory in mathematics education" as education psychology, and IT as guarantee of education technology, the basic mode and process of mathematics experiment teaching was followed:Pose experimental task—to experiment—to suppose—to demonstrate—to discuss and reflect—summarize. According to the teaching practice, this thesis designed an inquiry mathematics experiment named "adequate and necessary conditions for two straight lines achieving vertical". With the help of a CAI courseware on line, the thesis demonstrates how to carry out mathematics experiment teaching with courseware in class. Through the cases and positive experiment of the teaching mode, the study demonstrated that the teaching mode greatly improved students' view on mathematics, made for students' good learning methods, such as positive participant, collaborative exploration .At the same time, it was found that students have lower capability of mathematics exploration, such as posing question, expressing question, designing experimental project, reflecting and creating, and so on. Dependant thought, for example "wait, depend, and require", was very much prevailed among students. Exam-oriented education is still as the aim of school teaching, so there are some difficulties in carrying out the experiment teaching.On account of limited time and abilities, many areas on mathematics experiment, like compiling teaching material on mathematics experiment, designing netcourse of mathematics experiment, exploring teaching strategies and evaluation on mathematics experiment, etc, aren't mentioned. However these will be exploited with advocating the thoughts of "student-centered" in future, also, there is an important and profound realistic meaning both in theory and practice in carrying out and expanding teaching mode of mathematics experiment.
