A new course reform is to initiate the constructive learning, promoting the educational character. Inquiry leaning is one of the core spirits in the character of the education, whose aim is changing the ability of emphasizing to accept the knowledge, initiating the students to participate actively, to investigate happily and to practice often by themselves, cultivating them to collect and deal with the new information, acquire the new knowledge, analyze and solve the problems. It also teaches the students to communicate with others. This thesis is based on the background of initiating the educational character in the course reform all over the country. The author tries to think over the theory of the inquiry learning about Chinese subject according to the basic factor in the region of Long Nan, hoping to find the realistically meaning in the new course reform of the foundational education.The thesis is made up of three parts, the first part indicates the importance andsignificance of this subject, the second part explains the core elegant of the history, meaning on inquiry learning. Emphasize the learning method of independence, cooperation and investigation and make a plan and programmer of Chinese inquiry learning according to the basic factor in the region of Long Nan. Then explore the theatrical and practical importance in the teaching, learning, homework, composition, reading and Internet of the inquiry learning about Chinese subject and think carefully its contents and ways. The last part fulfills the synopsis evacuates for the result of the inquiry learning in practice, putting forward some speculations and suggests about how to practice the new course reform and better the class teaching of Chinese.
