Research On Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Reform To Market The Logistics Of Colleges And Universities

With the development of market economy and reforms on college education in our country, the reform to market the logistics of colleges and universities is being furthered, and has achieved an outstanding result. On the other hand, the reform to market the logistics of colleges and universities is confronting certain realistic difficulties to be overcome. By detailed research on the present situation of the reform to market the logistics of colleges and universities, transverse analysis on difficulties and lengthways comparison between domestic and foreign reform practice of the reform to market the logistics of colleges and universities, the thesis raises FIVE practical strategies to further promote the reform to market the logistics of colleges and universities in our country.At present, the practical difficulties the reform is confronting are: 1) out-of-date administrative notions; 2) unbalanced administrative structure; 3) the present administrative system not agreeing with the social realities; 4) unsound administrative mechanism; and 5) comparatively low staff quality. Meanwhile, we have to settle the conflicts between reform and stability, internalized and externalized contradicts the separation and the use of state-owned property, pursuing profit and serving and educating people, low staff quality and achieving scientific administration. Starting from the reality and analyzing the present problems and conflicts, and to further push the reform to market the logistics of colleges and universities, we must cultivate more scientific logistic concept, adjust present logistic structure, discuss about the effective models of the reforms to market the logistics of colleges and universities, establish a reasonable logistic system adapted to socialistic market economy and establish a sound and high-efficient logistic mechanism.
