The logistics work of colleges and universities is the guarantee of the construction of higher education institutions.The reform of university logistics is also an important part of educational reform and scientific development of colleges and universities.With the continuous development of the country,the university logistics is becoming more and more difficult to adapt to the development of market economy.The problem has become more and more obvious impact on the quality of college education,so the state have introduced a number of documents to promote the reform of university logistics and hope to solve its "bottleneck" problem.More than 30 years of reform has achieved some success,but because of the complexity of the logistics of colleges and universities,so many problems are not rooted,and the challenges facing more and more serious.This article aims to deepen the socialization reform of university logistics,aiming at the reading of related literature and the various historical processes of the socialization reform of university logistics,and combining with the actual situation of colleges and universities to find out the existence of logistics in our university A series of questions:the lack of policies and systems,the lack of socialization,imperfect market regulation,backward management and the lack of talent.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,it is considered that although there are many factors that affect the process of socialization of logistics in colleges and universities,they are not the main factors of government,school and society.Therefore,this paper starts from the three subjects,Regional university logistics socialization of the different degree of development,in-depth analysis of the trip,summed up the tripartite impact of the socialization of the reform of the most important factors.Then this article also refers to the different logistics mode of operation abroad,to find out the logistics of China's logistics reform reference model.Finally,this paper summarizes the above problems,the reasons analysis,the domestic and international experience reference,and finally to the government,schools,market,put forward suitable for China's university logistics socialization further in-depth countermeasures and suggestions to meet the tide of China's reform of the logistics of the new path.
