Recent years, with more and more pepole attach importance to education, all the citizens long for enjoying equitable educational resource and eager for being treated equally in the classroom. The authon finds out there is a lot of unfair phenomenon in classroom teaching, the salience of negative influence on classroom teaching through a long term of classroom leaching practice, an amount of conversation with teachers and students, even the negative influence on classroom teaching isn't delayed one day. In order to find out the origin of this problem basing on early research results, this investigation analyzes the present situation with three parts: the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom; teaching control; teaching evaluation. In the final, the research provides us some countermeasures and thoughts.The results show:1. In traditional teaching methods, the steps in the interaction between teachers and students, such as, classroom question, classroom praise, classroom criticism, answer questions, student's grade, sitting piace, the teacher love degree of students, student's sex, temperament and so on can all significantly influent the equality of classroom interaction.2. In classroom teaching control, the teachers of technical school are not very well on teaching ability, teaching methods, teaching atmosphere, maintaining classroom order, except that they are reasonable on distributing classroom time. This is a kind of macroscopic unfairness.3. In classroom teaching evaluation, the teachers of technical school are reasonable on audiovisual effect, serious degree, teaching difficulty, except that they are not very well on teaching interest, teaching progress teaching effect. This is also a kind of macroscopic unfairness.This article has discussed the invested results and analyzed it with the following solution to classroom teaching equality.1. Transform classroom teaching-conception, construct harmonious and equal classroom teaching.2. Perfect the school management system, enlarge teacher training force.3. Build three-dimensional educational net, evaluate classroom leaching objectively.
