With the development of the society, the problem of teaching equality causes people's attention more and more. The problem of teaching equality in micro education appeared gradually along with the development of education which the government has taken measures into. As a educator who is in the front line, the writer has the own experience that it is true that the unfair phenomenon in teaching exists indeed.Using the literature-summarizing method and the observation method, the thesis wants to analysis the Problem of Teaching Equality from the view of both the teachers and the students. Firstly, the paper gives definitions on equality, teaching equality and classroom teaching equality. Then the unfair phenomenon in teaching is described. Next the paper makes it clear that this phenomenon will do harm to constructing harmonious society and the education, especially to the teachers self-development. The paper points out that the utilitarian tendency, the differences between the students and factors of the teachers themselves are the main causes of this problem. In addition, the emphasis on the cultivation of the elite in educational practice has proved to be a mistaken area. On the basis of analysis the factors which causes the unfair phenomenon in teaching, the paper put forward the effective methods to solve the problem. We should construct a harmonious social environment and establish the scientifically rational training objectives as well as the scientific teaching evaluated mechanism. This paper is a further on the theory of the teaching equality. The aim is to promote the implementation of the teaching equality and the harmonious development of education.
