Research On The Moral Structure Of The Student Counselor

The moral structure is the key problem in moral discipline and moral work, and it has basic meanings to moral practice. But the domestic and international research about the moral structure is very insufficient at present, especially about the moral structure of the student counselor regarded as the moral subject in university. According to this reality, the article has explained the importance meanings of student counselor's moral structure to the moral work, of university, and on the basis of the current investigation to the moral structure of student counselor of university in Hunan Province, it analyzed the three major elements of student counselor's moral structure ?political quality, moral character and psychological quality of individual character and have announced the relationship and hierarchical structure between three major elements deeply. The article has founded the model of helical disperse structure about student counselor's moral quality and developed the useful method to promote the moral level of the student counselor of university based on the model of helical disperse structure about student counselor's moral quality.
