The study started to the pretest-survey according to the questionnaire and personal investigate from the fact of western. This paper is mainly about:First, compile the "questionnaire of the professional stress with junior school teachers in western", to analyze the main factors of the teachers' stress in western China, according to the questionnaire due to the factors to analyze the result, the stresses of Junior School teacher included: incomes and life, the burthen of work, the requirements of teaching, human relationships, development of major and the requirements of society.Second, this paper mainly discuss the influence of the teachers' backgrounds to the stress of the profession. The results shows that the background of a person and the professional stress in some aspects have some notable differences. The backgrounds of teacher include: sex, age, professional job title, record of formal schooling, if teaching main course and so on.At last, according to the results, then put for-word some reasonable advices.
