| High-quality teachers are the backbone of high-quality education development.However,the structural shortage of teachers,the improvement of teaching ability and the limitation of teacher development have always been the problems to be solved in the construction of basic education teachers in western China.At present,domestic scholars pay more attention to the research on teacher professional development,especially the research on prominent problems in the development process,but there is less research on the factors affecting teacher professional development,especially the research on the factors affecting the professional development of primary school teachers in western China.Primary education in western China is an important part of basic education.To further promote the professional development of primary school teachers in western China is not only the key to improve the level of education in western China,but also the basis to realize the revitalization of western China.This study takes primary school teachers in N City,Sichuan Province as the research object,adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview methods,based on the theory of teacher quality structure,the theory of teacher professional development stage and the theory of subjective education,draws on the existing research results and practical experience,and makes use of field survey data.Data analysis software is used to study the current situation of primary school teachers’ professional development in N City and the factors affecting it.This study consists of five parts.The first part systematically expounds the reason for the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and so on.The second part explains the value implication of teacher professional development,including the "student-based","teacher-based" and "society-based" values of teacher professional development.The third part presents the current situation and outstanding problems of primary school teachers’ professional development in N City with the help of field survey data.The fourth part,based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,summarizes the factors affecting the professional development of primary school teachers in N City from three levels,including the personal level of teachers,the school level and the social level.The personal level includes the development consciousness,teaching cognitive ability,interpersonal communication and teaching reflection.The school level includes professional training,school management,colleague cooperation and school atmosphere;The social dimension includes education policies and pay levels.The fifth part puts forward targeted countermeasures for the professional development of primary school teachers in western China according to the current situation and influencing factors of the professional development of primary school teachers in N City.At the individual level,the development motivation should be stimulated,including enhancing the awareness of independent development,improving the cognitive ability of teaching,correctly understanding interpersonal communication,and conducting reasonable and effective reflection.At the school level,the development environment should be constructed,including carrying out effective professional training,optimizing school management system,building cooperative organization and creating a good school atmosphere.At the social level,the system system should be optimized,including optimizing the system environment for teacher development and raising the salary level of teachers in western China. |
