Research On Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of School PE In Shanghai Privately-owned Colleges

To further find out the current situation of school PE in Shanghai Privately-ownedcollege and provide some suggestion to related department,This paper has studied theShanghai Privately-owned colleges, only those who have been officially authorized toissue diplomas. The study has employed many approaches, such as literature review,questionnaire, comparison & statistics, etc. the study results are as following: ①system of management is not sound,all colleges investigated are three levelmanagement, with no such campus sports commission; ②teaching time is not enough,teaching type is dull, the amount of student in class is to much, every document ofteaching is not ready; ③extra-curriculum sports are only for show; ④most teachers areonly MS holders, with really few PE professors and low academic competence;⑤lackof equipment & investment.Regarding such situations, the paper provides some tentative suggestion for thereference of policy-making: ①accelerating construction of legal system inPrivately-owned education;②ameliorating system of management of school PE;③beginning to reform in curriculum and teaching;④building an atmosphereof sports culture in campus; ⑤speeding up construction of a teacher;accelerating construction and open up of stadium.
