China University Basketball Association Development Status And Countermeasure Study

CUBA is valuable experiment of society making physical training and game. It is alsothe product of development .CUBA has it own space to develop in basketball game field .Itdoesn't only means a game .it makes a reform in the China university P.E field .The form andstrength accelerate China basketball specialization and offer new visual angle in universitysports training(after school) and China high level cultivating mode. So holding CUBA matchhas significant meaning in a long run. but we should know CUBA is a new product afterall .There are no systematic study on it . In this paper I offer some improvement on CUBA by sending the questionnaire to thecoach, team number and expert and making review. The questionnaire I(to sportsman) is tomake reflection to the status of sportsman joined in CUBA. I send the questionnaire indifferent level . In every match zone I chose 4random sample including 2 male team and 2female team .To sum up 16 teams and 192 team number as inquirer. There are 143questionnaires in effect. The recycle rate is 78.6%, The available rate is 94.7%. In this sensethe questionnaire is representative. Questionnaire II (to coach) to make reflection the coachand the information of CUBA team training, management and fund. I send 16 questionnairesand recycle 15. There 15 questionnaires in effect .the recycle rate is 87.5%. The e availablerate is 100%. The inquirers of expert questionnaire are experts in education field, sports field.By the study of the item that can affect CUBA development and the way of solving thequestion has happened through theory analysis I draw conclusions below: 1. CUBA team members always come from the high school sports team. These teamsmember's age are gold time of developing competition skill. But motivate that join in thematch is not clear. 2. Most of CUBA coaches are university P.E teachers. Many coaches have no experiencebefore join the match of CUBA. And they didn't join high-level basketball match. But theyhave right motive. 3. There is serious conflict between study and training. Team member can't deal with theconflict between study and training. Some can't make systematic training and the trainingtime is not enough .For lacking the chance to join the match. 4. From the match technical analysis, we can find the level of CUBA have two stage. First,the beginning stage (1 and 2 section), developing stage (3, 4, 5 and 6section).Compare theCBA and WCBA we can find the CUBA is not advanced including CUBA's tactic andtechnology and individual and team change and ability to offence and defense .Especially theability to use the technic in confront, the stability on exert the skill and technic and adjustmenton mentality should be improve .But compare the beginning we should acknowledge theCUBA has improved. 5. For lack enough fund and limited fund-resource make limitation on the development ofCUBA seriously 6. The quality of select match is low and make little investment .The density of match inmatch zone is high affect every team ability .The way of decided the champion in final matchis reasonable 7. There is the contradictions between the goal of develop CUBA: Our goal is to developuniversity basketball game, cultivate excellent basketball reserve, and join in world universityhigh-level stage, revival the China and the CUBA teaching essence. 8. As a unit belongs to China University Student Association there are lot of rule and codeconflict with China University Student Association. It is clear that when the CUBA governorsmake rule they didn't study correlative law and code. 9. CUBA institute have no wholesome management structure, lack correlativemanagement system and have no clear obligation on sponsor. This entire make the systemchaos .CUBA institute has no ability to cope with emergency. Every CUBA member can'ttake part in match organization and management.
