| The development of CUBA not only promotes the development of college basketball, but also fosters many basketball talent. At the same time, it promotes the spread of basketball culture. Jiangsu is a powerful province in economy. Although the CUBA has experienced more than ten- year-development and its power grows by the day, there are still some problems on the management of college basketball team.This essay focuses on the management status of CUBA in seven colleges of Jiangsu. Through literature data method, the questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logic inference method, and from the following aspects: the train of players, the construction of trainer troop, logistics support, the reform of CUBA system, this essay analyses problems on management of seven CUBA colleges in Jiangsu, and draws the conclusion as following:1. Athletes admissions channel is narrow, times for competition are not many, echelon building needs improve2. Major selection is diverse,the contradictions between learning and training are standing out3.T he phenomenon of coaches’ getting part-time job is common4. The logistics support needs improve.5.The team management faces challenge of competition system reform of CUBA and so on.Suggestions:1.Adopt the model of “stable cooperation+ elimination around the country” to select athletes, ensure the quality of students.2.Arrange the professional choice of athletes properly to ease the contradictions between learning and training.3. Turn the construction of trainer troop from the trend of part-time to full-time.4.Ensure the logistics service capability through financial subsidies.5.Catch the opportunity of CUBA system reform to perfect the management of the team. |
