The teacher's knowledge structure refers to all kinds of knowledge that the teacher passes and form .Generally speaking, the teacher's knowledge structure includes the rudimentary knowledge with scientific culture after various kinds of three classes of professional knowledge of discipline and knowledge of science of education carrying on sum of quality-oriented education Issue onto in study there aren't teacher of historical . Especially the requisition for historical teacher's knowledge structure .The standard of course has increased the new content, the whole knowledge system has changed too, the development and utilizing of course resources, the standard appraised in teaching is completely different from the past .All that let historical teachers realize it is important to change the knowledge structure .If the historical teachers of middle school go on having a teaching in past ways which won't content the student's requirement and the request of course reformation.At present, there are some historical teacher's ubiquitous questions in knowledge structure. 1, Knowledge wears out. The latest research results of the historical teaching are put in the history book constantly, the teacher needs to concern especially, otherwise, they cant't answer student's question and pass them to students skillfully. 2, the relative knowledge is lack compared with require of course standard . Course standard has increased a lot of contents, the evaluation criterion to students has changed correspondingly too.3, Knowledge structure is unreasonable. Firstly, storage of relevant disciplines knowledge .The connection between history and other course is denser and denser .The historical teacher should have wild knowledge as the specialized foundation. Secondly, the shortage of the educational professional knowledge .As the teacher of middle school, they should know how to impart knowledge to student and let them accept it easily. . so the teacher has more knowledge of pedagogy and psychology. Thirdly, deficiency about student knowledge .At present, the middle school student's psychological and hobby and mode of thinking are what teacher must grasp. Only in this way, the teacher are able to teacher students in according to their actual situation.It is main that there questions exist and the question is as follows: 1 ,The continuing education of teachers of middle schools has drawbacks . Continuing education becomes a burden of the teachers. 2, Course structure of university set up unreasonable, the propotion of specialized course is too heavy, but middle school propotion of course offered of teaching method that teaching closely related little. Those teachers are upset to how to teach instead of what to teach. Different teachers are different in treatment to the same content, student's results of learning will be different too. 3, Status of middle historical teachers is unstable. In the middle school, history is department of primary school. Compared with other disciplines, the historical teacher is not important. Following, the storage of income .The status of Junior and senior exam is so low. Regarding science as importance which effects historical teacher's enthusiasm. Some of them will teach other courses or not work on the job of middle educationanymore, so a lot of historical teachers may lose.To the question that exit at present, the measure that should be taken is : 1, The continuing education of the teacher of middle school is fulfilled .Not only it should be supplemented that a view of the historical teacher should change, but also continuing education should make the transition even more. The quality of the sponsor continuing ' education should be improved. 2, Change the structure of course of education offered of institution of university at present.
