Since the third National Education Work Meeting of 1999, the actual basic education curriculum reformation has been put forward. At the same time, the new round has started. The core task of the curriculum is the curriculum implement of which the basic approach is classroom teaching. This article focuses on the study of the main problems during the classroom teaching in the new curriculum implement. Firstly, it puts forward the problems of the teacher aspect, the student aspect and evaluation aspect in the new curriculum implement. Then it studies the countermeasures against the problems of the three aspects so as to impulse the new curriculum implement running smoothly. In putting forward the three problems of the teacher aspect, the student aspect and evaluation aspect in the new curriculum implement, I take the study ways through the activity, mostly according to the idiographic requests of the new curriculum, in order to find the ways to find and solve the problems after the relax of my own teaching. The innovate points in this article are: 1. Special dissertate angle: Most investigators proceed with the elements of the new curriculum reformation, expatiate, explain and summarize on the general and apiece aims, or on every aspects of the curriculum reformation, for example, teaching reformation, appraise reformation. Further more, most literature comes from the expert group run by the nation. Meanwhile, most craft brothers' articles focus on the attitude of the elements of the new curriculum, mostly academic or rational. However, this article focuses on the problems in the new curriculum implement, and studies the countermeasures against these problems. It has more universality comparatively. 2. Special study ways: Most study of the new curriculum takes the ways of using data or collecting materials, while I take the study ways through the activity. During the study of activity, to be specific, is to study during the classroom teaching where new curriculum is implied. The process that teacher analysis and study his or her own teaching activity is the one of study through activity. It has more authenticity after the reflection of the selected cases from the classroom teaching of new curriculum and the advance of problems because it is do-it-yourself. The article is separated into the following two main parts. Introduction: put forward the thesis; index the study ways, while briefly introduce the study status of this topic. The first part: Mainly discuss the problems, which are divided into three big problems among which the first one is the teachers' aspect, the second is the students' aspect while the third is the evaluation aspect in the new curriculum implement. The second part: Study the countermeasures against the problems of the three aspects that are mentioned above.
