Content:The new century, especially since the 18 National Party Congress of CPC, studies of Chinese Traditional Cultural has been boiled throughout the country. XIJINPING, General Secretary of CPC made an important speech about carrying forward traditional culture on visiting Qufu on November 2013. Subsequently, the Ministry of Education issued a document on improving excellent Chinese traditional culture education ([2014]3). The call of the party and the Government made so many people learn the traditional cultural to the climax. North small town, Hengshui city is also involved. In recent years, there have been several influential studies class organized by the social forces in the city. For example, Youth Studies summer camp, Li ren School, Ming de school, and Jun de Hall, and so on. These studies class organized a series of lectures and activities, such as volunteer public performances, square classical reading, leading their parents with children walking to pick up trash. Excellent traditional culture was back into the family, the community and the classroom. The Socialist core values was rooted, bloom and bear fruit in Fucheng. The Organizers in the teaching practice combined good traditional cultures with the Socialist core values, enhanced their own ethical standards, and set an example for people. Cultivating the child good habits is helpful to develop their perfect personality. The paper takes the teaching activities of the social studies classes in Hengshui city as research samples, and explores the teaching objectives, teaching position, teaching materials, teaching methods, parent involvement, teaching evaluation, and the effectiveness of the current situation in social studies classes. The author attempts to make some suggests in order to improve class teaching management in accordance with the existing problems, and enhances the quality of teaching.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four parts.PART I. This part introduces the teaching management situation of social studies classes in hengshui city. Firstly, the author showed us the overall situation of social studies classes in Hengshui city, and Secondly, the writer portrayed the current situations of teaching management in social studies classes from eight aspects. The eight aspects included: Teacher's understanding of teaching objectives, teaching status, teaching structure, choice of Chinese textbooks, teaching methods and parental participation in Chinese teaching, teaching evaluation and teachers'teaching idea.PART II, the paper summarizes the achievements of Traditional Chinese Classics Cultural Class by sponsors of social forces in Hengshui. Firstly, matching rending classic texts with moral teaching creates respecting for life attitude; Secondly, the language ability can be improved; Thirdly, it is useful for the perception and body shape changes of children.PART III, The third part analyzes the characteristics of the teaching management of Traditional Chinese Classics Cultural Class by sponsors of social forces in Hengshui. For example, the majority teachers are part-time, teaching books are so diversified, teaching resources are limited and lack of multiple unique evaluation methods.PART IV, the author proposed some strategies and recommendations of enhancing the teaching quality of Traditional Chinese Classics Cultural Class by sponsors of social forces in Hengshui from state, teachers, and the executive authorities. Firstly, it included short-term study results, emphasis on learning motivation, and supplementary teaching materials as a language lesson. It emphasized the establishment of virtue and cultivate, seeking assistance and use of spare time for Traditional Chinese Classics Cultural Class by sponsors of social forces in Hengshui. Secondly, the recommendation on the teacher education institutions. It included well child-study curriculum, teaching studies, and theory and practice of children's classics seminar. Thirdly, the Department of education needed such things. These suggestions included classics in primary school Chinese language materials or a flexible curriculum, reading classic as a part of the diverse learning, and the capacity of government departments to organize activities of children's classics.
