Inquiry learning is a new way to learn in the Chinese elementary education curriculum. The new subject is considered a start to innovate the education in existence. The teachers should grasp well the essence of it, so that they adopt all kinds of ways and means to put it into effect and promote the growth of the students.This report examines the relationship between net-based circumstance and access to inquiry learning, and identifies four basic themes: the theory foundations in general; the general curriculum design for inquiry learning; to construct the inquiry learning platform based on network; the effect of the conditions of network and the cognitive style on the inquiry learning based on network, and to come into being the system of evaluations about the inquiry learning.Above all our care is the powerful educational principles behind them, and then we discuss the definitions, theory foundations and significations nowadays. Afterwards, we pay attention to the curriculum design and the platform exploitation for inquiry learning. We think that the inquiry learning platform based on network provides educators with mechanism to add value to learning experiences where learners and educators are geographically distributed, and this mechanism provides students with a reflective learning experience within the context of the problem environment. It will activate the programs and enhance the effective of implement of the inquiry learning.Above all, the analysis uses a part of Learning Style Profile of Barbara · A · Soloma to distinguish the differences from overall students in the extent to which students with dissimilar characteristics (by the cognitive style) participate in the inquiry learning. We arrange three kinds of circumstance based on network so that we observe how the variable-"network" influences the experiment outcome. According to the experimental data obtained in the coming experiment, we acquire a number of developmental points of view.In the development we constitute a system of evaluations, which the guide lines is carefully instituted by us. In addition we establish corresponding scoring methods for the E-works which is representative of the PowerPoint, Concept Map, E-Portfolio and Theme Websites, at the same time we offer a much of referenced proposal and suggestion to how to carry out the curriculum. By the way, the management system is the key point to guarantee the implement of the inquiry learning.The analyses about experiment outcome look at the extent of the practice of the instruction, discuss various of aspects of the curriculum under the background of the network. In the experimental design I bring forward a kind of paradigm, getting across it we can extend its value in an extensive area. We can aim to construct an ecosystem based on Information technology and shaped by key values about the way educators and students should interact with Information technology. In a word the goal of the experiment is to promote the development of the students better.
