This study tried to observe responsive and recovery characteristics of immune function induced by an incremental ergo meter exercise. The subjects were randomly divided into the rest group, just after exercise (JAE) group, 3h group and 24h group. The samples of WK0, WK1, WK2, WK3 WK4 and WK5 were taken before exercise, just after exercise, post-exercise 3h and 24h, respectively. The immune parameters included the stimulation index of T lymphocyte, the phagocyte activity of macrophage, spleen index and thymus index. These parameters were analyzed so as to observe the tendency of immune alteration and the responsive and recovery mechanism of immune function after incremental exercise.144 Rats were randomly divided into 24 groups. Subjects executed incremental ergo meter exercise and continued 5 weeks. After exercise, compared with the natural recovery the rest group, just after exercise (JAE) group, 3h group and 24h group of each week intra and week inter. Speed training of Each-week exercise training is 20m/min (WKO), 20m/min (WK1), 25m/min (WK2), 30m/min (WK3), 35m/min (WK4) and 40m/min (WK5), 30min/d, 6d/w. The results shows:(1) The stimulation index of T lymphocyte of WK0, WK1, WK2, WK3, WK4 and WK5 decreased significantly just after exercise, moreover, compared to before exercise, the stimulation index of T lymphocyte of WK2, WK3, WK4, WK5 in 3h after exercise decreased significantly, and the stimulation index of T lymphocyte of WK5 in 24h after exercise decreased significantly too. This indicated that the T lymphocyte immunity was suppressed gradually after incremental exercise.(2) The phagocyte activity of macrophage of WK0, WK1, WK2, WK3, WK4 and WK5 decreased significantly just after exercise, and compared to before exercise, the phagocyte activity of macrophage of WK3, WK4, WK5 in 3h after exercise decreased significantly, moreover, and the phagocyte activity of macrophage of WK4 and WK5 in 24h after exercise decreased significantly too. This indicated that the macrophage immunity was suppressed gradually after incremental exercise.(3) Effects of incremental exercise on spleen index was observed before exercise, just after exercise, 3h after exercise, 24h after exercise. The results indicated that the spleen index of WK2, WK3, WK4 and WK5 decreased significantly after exercise, and the spleen index of WK3, WK4 and WK5 decreased more significantly after exercise. This indicated that the effects of incremental exercise on spleen index were deepened gradually with the increasing exercise load.(4) The results indicated that the thymus index of WK2, WK3, WK4 and WK5 decreased significantly after exercise, and the thymus index of WK4 and WK5 decreased more significantly after exercise. This indicated that the effects of incremental exercise on thymus index were deepened gradually with the increasing exercise load.
