The plateau environment brings danger healthily to the organism while raising athlete's sports achievement. In order to draw its profit and abandon its abuse, relevant experts begin to study the artificial environment of normal atmosphere and hypoxia.With the inventions of various kinds of hypoxia technique, people achieve the simulation of environment about normal atmosphere and hypoxia successfully. After make the analysis about disadvantage of monitoring system in existence, author has designed a set of practical system for monitoring and controlling. The system can realize the control automatically, while every parameter involved of the environment, the density of oxygen and density of carbon dioxide mainly, is monitored in real time. Further more, this system runs steadily, and it's practicability is strong, and it's economic performance is superior.In the hypoxia laboratory of Beijing Sports University, with this automatic monitoring system to do the experiment at the scene, this paper analyzed the data gathered, finished the modeling, and achieved the actual function between the time and density of oxygen. It has certain instructional significance about hypoxia study.In the hypoxia experiment, besides monitoring the environment automatically, we have measured all kinds of physiological indexes such as RBC (red blood corpuscles), Hb (hemoglobin), weight , rhythm of the heart etc, and did the YOYO sports test. The result verified that the hypoxia training is beneficial to improve the health and raise athlete's sports achievement etc.
