Reform and opening up for more than 20 years in China, postgraduate education has been playing an important role in higher education of our country with postgraduate education made greatly development and the scale of recruit postgraduates enlarged.However, recruit postgraduates have been enlarged .This meet the needs of society while bring various problems. There are the problems of the postgraduate socialization within them. There are many factors and variables which effect the postgraduate socialization. Four variables have been selected, they are the motives for postgraduate taking part in the examination for a master degree, specialized learning, communication and vacation. The author want to reveal the problems of postgraduate according to the research of them. It can be know based on research..1. Majority of postgraduates cannot soon accomplish the role shift from original role of learning or working2. The motives of postgraduates show that multi-trait such as the needs of utility and self-fulfilment.3. There are several contradictions in specialized learning: the contradiction between the low requirement of student and the high requirement of the postgraduate, the contradiction between passivitily received pattern of student and the active response pattern of the postgraduate, the contradiction for appraising the students by the exam and the appraising the postgraduate by dissertation.4. The problems between social communication and human mutuality are the narrowness of circle, the lack of collectivity-identity, the humdrum of campus life which is disadvantage for the postgraduate development, utility communication . Moreover, the way of communication is affected by difference of the postgraduate group and subject.5. The employment situation of postgraduate and the diploma depreciation are more and more severe.According to these problems, the follow the countermeasures are propounded.1. To establish the portrait class of postgraduate, strength collectivity-identity, build the learning team in order to improve the academy standard of the postgraduate.2. To strengthen culture of campus , class and dining-room so as to enhance cohere power and identity .To hold the activities for postgraduates loving to see and hear and facilitate the mutual communication of the postgraduates.3. To establish correct views of vacation and carry on occupation programme. To enhance social practice of the postgraduates and set up the base of social practice of the postgraduates. Tointensify vacation guide in order to exaltthe power of the postgraduates while finding job.
