The Basic Problems Research About The Political Socialization Of Contemporary College Student In China

The political socialization is an important aspect of human socialization. Serious and urgent requests are set to contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization by our National Socialism system, the practice of socialism modernization construction and time characteristics.Taking Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong ideology, Deng Xiaoping theory and the important"three represents"as instructions, This article carried on the analysis about the basic problems of our national contemporary political socialization, attempted to provide a theory frame for the research on contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization, which has certain value to further research on the issue of contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization and widely develop politic thoughts in senior colleges.This article includes four parts:The first part elaborated the key characteristics and functions of contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization.â… . The basic definition of contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization.The so-called contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization is the process of the university students learning and accepting the political culture of socialism and understanding the political regulations of socialism to set up the socialism politics belief and to form customs of political behaviors by systematic political learning, education and effect on political thoughts. The main task of the political thoughts education in senior colleges is to promote the political socialization of university students so as to cultivate qualified socialism constructor and successor.II. The key characteristics of contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization.Four aspects are included:the first is social agglutination; the second is easy-solubility; the third is the lack-maturation of political approval; and the fourth is the easy-losing of plasticity.III. Functions of contemporary Chinese university students'political socializationThe first is dissemination of leading political culture; the second is maintaining the social stability; and the third is improving the university students'own political quality.The second part proposed the goal and contents of contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization.It was thought in this article that the goal of contemporary Chinese university students'political socialization includes three aspects: one is to learn and grasp the political culture and regulations of socialism to improve the university students'political theory accomplishments; one is to become constructor and successor of socialism enterprise with firm and right political direction; and the other is to form good political behavior customs.
