The problem of link of education occurs at the time of human beings divide education into different phases of schooling. This problem becomes more important nowadays.At the beginning of this paper the author defines the concept of link of education, and points out the intension of link of education in broad sense and narrow sense. The two theoretically foundation of link of education is the theory of life-long education and systems engineering, the writer does some introduction of these theory. And the link of all kinds and all phases of education is the demand of life-long education. This article also introduces the status quo of the link of education. The pivot is the link of contents and the methods of education.This paper investigates the current situation of the biological curriculum and instruction in universities and senior middle school via questionnaire. The author does frequency distribution and Pearson Chi-Square testing of the results of the investigation, and finds some problem about the link of the biological curriculum and instruction in universities and senior middle school. The author also gives some useful recommendation to the link of biological education. The writer does experiments of botany experiment in grade one in the university, and makes further explore of the recommendation to the link of biological education.Via this article persons could found the students have much interest on Biology, but lack of balance master of the biological knowledge and technique, and the ability of self-learning needs further progress. There are quite a few spaces to improve the current situation of the instruction of biological experiment. And the teachers should pay more attention to the use of modernization teaching methods in the instruction of Biology.In order to improve on the link of contents and methods of biological education, teachers should train students' interests of life science, and should strengthen the instruction of biological experiment in senior middle school, the teaching materials and means of biology instruction should progress with the eras, in the process of teaching should pay more attention to the culture of the students' ability of self-study. The choice of teaching materials of biological curriculum should in reason.At the end of the paper the author gives several recommendations to the later researcher.
