Spatial And Temporal Coupling Analysis Between Urban Land Intensive Utilization And Urbanization In Fujian Province

With the continuous advance of the urbanization in china, the contradiction of supply and demand of urban land is increasingly intensified, urban land has changed dramatically, urban land intensive utilization is one of the major content of the research of urban land utilization change. So understanding the process, mechanism and effect of urban land intensive utilization, contributes to optimize the spatial structure of urban land utilization, improve efficiency of urban land utilization, ease the pressure of resources and environmental constraints brings to the city development. Urban land intensive utilization today has become the only way for sustainable urban development.At the same time, China has entered a period of rapid urbanization, the speed and scale is an unprecedented in human history, the rapid increased in the quantity of city, the city’s scale is also expanding constantly. However, some areas regardless of the level of socio-economic development and the objective conditions’ constraints, they expand cities blandly, Chinese call "Zaochengyundong" which lead to the urban shows pie-style expansion, the urban land shows extensive use and the structure of land use shows serious imbalance. Furthermore, it leads to a series of urban diseases, threats to the healthy of urban development seriously. Moderate urbanization promoting urban land intensive utilization, and urban land intensive utilization promoting the sustainable development of the urbanization effectively, there is a natural interaction coupling relationship between them. Therefore, how to promote urban land intensive utilization and urbanization coordinated development is the problem to be solved urgently.To this end, this paper takes 9 cities divided into districts in Fujian province as an example, takes urban land intensive utilization and urbanization coupled coordinated development as the research point. On the basis of the theory of man-land relationship, the coordinated development theory, the sustainable development theory and other related theories elaborations, the paper establishes urban land intensive utilization and urbanization subsystem’s evaluation index system, uses multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the temporal and spatial differences of the level of urban land intensive utilization and urbanization. Besides, using obstacle degree diagnostic model to diagnose the obstacle factors of urban land intensive utilization in Fujian Province. And then, base on the interaction coupling mechanism of the urban land intensive utilization and urbanization, using the coupled coordinated development evaluation model and spatial autocorrelation model to quantitative analysis the spatiotemporal coupling and coordinated development situation, and then put forward some targeted policy recommendations.
