As the socialistic market economy establishes and consummates gradually, a new set of ethical principles and its relevant operating form is bond to be constituted in accord with the modern economic situation. Yet, the regulation and the control of the ethics are weakened slowly since the current dominant moral standards are devoid of an effective system safeguarding its operation. The social morality, therefore, lacks fundamental moral consensus and principles with an out-of-order condition. This paper studies the functions of the systematic ethic construction and its relationship with individual ethic and system efficiency on the basis of effectively strengthening the moral construction under the current market economy. The paper also discusses the notion that the enhancement of systematic ethic construction is the key to the solution to the present social moral problems. In the mean time, the effects of morality under the market economy are concluded by analyzing the construction's principles and approaches with the "Fair theory" as the core. Finally, the central content and some effective approaches of modern human-oriented moral education are put forward to strengthen the school moral education.
