Education Modernization In Its Cultural Background

Education is the base of social modernization construction, and the modernization of education affects the development of the society in other aspects. Chinese modernization of education started with foreign pressure. With modernization of education development in China, cultural communication between China and western countries arises frequently. In order to smooth the development of modernization of education, connection study between culture and education modernization is specialized in this paper. Education is the part of culture and is one of the mechanisms of culture emergence and culture communication and culture selection. Most of western developed countries have achieved education modernization. To more extent, it relates to their culture, that is the harmony communicationbetween tradition and modernization. Chinese modernization of education started very late and education preparation was insufficient. To promote progress of Chinese modernization of education, we should take foreign advanced parts for reference and take advantages of our cultural resources.
