Mistaken Ideas Of Innovative Talents Training And Its System Construction

In order to strengthen the theoretical research of innovative talents training and promote training work of the innovative talents in our country, this paper, by means of summarizing and investigating, explains some basic theory questions of innovative talents training, such as concept and innovative quality system of innovative talents, and describes all sorts of mistaken ideas of innovative talents training on the goal, the idea, the method, the way and the evaluation. And then the author analyses the reasons for these mistaken ideas which are from the external causes including traditional culture and traditional education and which are from the internal causes including cognition, mood, faith, will, behavior. At last, this paper concludes that the system of innovative talents training must be constructed, including taking innovative educative objective, idea and evaluation as guideline, innovative educative form, method and course as guarantee, innovative educative environment and teacher as condition, innovation of self-education as key, only doing so, could we realize educative innovation in this way, and really train innovative talents.
