At present,social economy is developing rapidly.The social demand for talents tends to be more and more complex talents with strong practical ability,innovation ability and international competitiveness.Colleges and universities have responded to vigorously promote education reform,colleges and enterprises carry out joint and collaborative education,and the overall trend of school enterprise cooperation in running schools continues to move forward.However,there are inevitable problems and frictions in university enterprise cooperation,and the quality of university enterprise cooperation education is difficult to be guaranteed.It is very necessary to construct the evaluation system of the quality of school enterprise cooperation training.This paper takes Dingli College of Hubei Normal University as an example to build a scientific,reasonable,objective and applicable quality evaluation system of school enterprise cooperation innovative talent training from the perspectives of discussion,lectures,analysis of talent training scheme,combing relevant literature,social research and evaluation Quantity evaluation system.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction.This paper mainly discusses the background and significance of the research,the development status of school enterprise cooperation research at home and abroad,research objectives,research feasibility,research methods,innovation and so on.The second chapter is the research design.The research design is divided into three parts.The first part defines the core concepts of "school enterprise cooperation","education evaluation index system" and "CIPP evaluation mode".The second part is the research content,this research mainly from the social needs,teaching mode,curriculum system,innovative talent training quality four aspects.The third part is the specific research ideas and technical route.The third chapter is the construction principle of the evaluation index system of school enterprise cooperation training mode.In the process of using CIPP evaluation model in the quality evaluation index system of school enterprise cooperation training,we pay special attention to the combination of comprehensive evaluation and key evaluation,the combination of process evaluation and summative evaluation,and the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.The fourth chapter is the design of the index elements of the evaluation index system of the school enterprise cooperation training mode.Starting from the characteristics of school enterprise cooperation in Dingli College of Hubei Normal University,the paper determines the index content of the evaluation index system of school enterprise cooperation training mode,which includes four first level indexes,nine second level indexes,twenty third level indexes and forty-five observation points.The fifth chapter is the weight design of the index elements of the evaluation index system of school enterprise cooperation training mode.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to assign the corresponding weight to the evaluation index established in Chapter 4,and the evaluation system of school enterprise cooperation training mode is improved.
