Our guarantee of high-quality development lies in the pre-training of top-notch innovative talents,and the core of the early training of top-notch innovative talents lies in developing the scientific literacy of middle school students.Creative thinking is not only an important part of scientific literacy,but also one of the important indicators to measure the development level of scientific literacy of middle school students.Therefore,the main purpose of this study is to build a set of creative thinking evaluation index system of middle school students based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.The construction of evaluation index system mainly includes two parts: the determination of evaluation index and the development of evaluation tools.Based on this,the two core problems that this study tries to solve are as follows:(1)How to construct the evaluation index of creative thinking of middle school students based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents?(2)How to develop creative thinking evaluation tools for middle school students based on top-notch innovative talent training corresponding to evaluation indexes?Through collecting and analyzing the literature about top-notch innovative talents and creative thinking,the evaluation index of creative thinking of middle school students based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is preliminarily constructed.In order to test and optimize the evaluation index,Delphi method is adopted to conduct three rounds of questionnaire consultation with experts,so as to determine the evaluation index of creative thinking of middle school students based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.The evaluation index consists of 3 firstlevel indexes and 12 second-level indexes.The 3 first-level indexes are creative thinking tendency(A),creative thinking ability(B)and creative thinking monitoring(C).The 12 secondary indicators are curiosity(A1),imagination(A2),challenge(A3),adventure(A4),persistence(A5),independence and cooperation(A6),asking new questions(B1),presenting new evidence(B2),making new explanations(B3),drawing new conclusions(B4),self-monitoring(C1)and self-regulation(C2).On the basis of constructing the evaluation index of middle school students’ creative thinking based on the cultivation of top innovative talents,a set of evaluation tools corresponding to the evaluation index is developed,and the evaluation tools are tested and modified.In order to test the validity and reliability of the evaluation tool,the validity and reliability analysis were carried out.In terms of validity,content validity and structure validity tests are used.After two content validity studies,the expert scores all the questions as I-CVI and S-CVI are 1,indicating that the content validity of the questionnaire is good.In terms of structural validity,two parallel classes in a high school were pre-tested by creative thinking questionnaire and semi-structured interview.Chi-square test showed that there was no significant difference in the development level of creative thinking between the two groups of students.The experimental group was then taught to develop creative thinking.After a semester-long classroom intervention,the two groups of students were given a post-test.The data show that the creative thinking development level of students in the experimental group has been improved to some extent,while the creative thinking development level of students in the control group undergoing normal teaching is basically unchanged,which indicates that the questionnaire structure validity is good.In terms of reliability,the raters’ consistency reliability and intra-group correlation coefficient(ICC)test were used.The results showed that the agreement rate of each index was above 80%,and the intra-group correlation coefficient(ICC)was above 0.75,indicating that the reliability of the questionnaire was good.According to the above research results,the evaluation index system meets the requirements and can better evaluate the development level of creative thinking of middle school students based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
