This thesis begins from network special topic — teaching mode Webquest. And combining with the characteristic of high-level thinking , the thesis describs its value in promoting student's high-level thinking, based on this describing, this thesis has proposed the Webquest teaching design method to develop the high-level thinking , so as to an Webquest case of a roller coaster special topic.Firstly, this thesis studys the current situation of Webquest through literature survey, case interview, the investigation of the network and case analysis to Webquest and etc, and points out its deviation on realizing and the Webquest goal.According to the above insufficient, this thesis carries on the definition of the concept to Webquest first, then points out the essence of Webquest is to train student's high-level thinking , and combining the characteristic of six pieces of module of Webquest, affirms their value in promoting student's high-level thinking ,it means the six pieces of module of Webquest are correspondent to the course that the problem solve , the course of thinking .Then, this thesis probes into several respects of promoting the teaching of high-level thinking to be designed and should be paid attention to. Firstly, defining the teaching goal , should return the puzzled " question " to students, then through designing basic problem and unit issue make teaching to be goal distinct; Secondly, combining the theory that the problem solves and Webquest characteristic , puts forward the concrete step which probes into the course of the student's thinking ; Thirdly, proposing the appraise method in order to promote the teaching of high-level thinking development tentatively.Finally, this thesis designs one roller coaster Webquest case, and according to the step of probing into certain course ,reappears the expert's thought process. This case can lead students to go through the expert's thought process, thus promotes the development of high-level thinking .
