The conception of the e-Eduation was put forward in the 1990s.It is the necessity of educational development and reform in the 21-st century.At present ,schools of all kinds and all ranks are greatly integrating IT into the curriculum .Software industry also invests more strength in education so as to enrich the software products of education .In the physics teaching of middle school ,because of the restriction of software andhardware as well as the limit of teachers 'level of understanding , therefore, we are at the timeof exam-oriented education ,most teachers in most schools avoid the Network-based learning.Instructional Design is gradually developed at the end of the 1950s. It is a newsystematic methord of analyze and solve problem under system theory, communicationtheory instructional theory and learning theory. lnformationization Instructional Design iscalled Instructional Design basede on e-Eduation for short.With the period of all nationsenter the educational lnformationization at the end of the 1990s,the theory of InstructionalDesign turns substantiare and perfect gradually .Many different teaching modes ofInstructional Design come into being and teachers of the first line are still continuingexploring the new modes suitable for their own.Now, high schools in cites realize "the school-school is open" . One year have pased, we thoughtthe design of informationization teaching plan and the inquiry learning based on the campus network and even the Internet ,which improves the studying interesting information literacy ,creative thought of students ,have the incomparable advantages.This task applies the theory of Instructional Design ,adopts many modes such as WebQuest.The inquiry learning based on the information technology combining the Internetand physics is applied to the senior students of Gread One ,which makes the view above get further verification.At the same time .
