| It is the main goal for the 21st education, to implement quality education, improve students' qualities and cultivate qualified personnel with spirit innovation and practice. Affected by the objective factors, some problems and misunderstandings which should be clarified , arise during middle school pushing forward the Ideology &Politics course. Based on the former research fruit, this paper begins with the problems and misunderstandings which exist in the current Ideology &Politics course, to analyze the sources of them, to investigate their causalities and to have a whole study on those problems so as to integrate 'why' and 'how' in the course. Furthermore, the paper is to develop the substantial results of middle school Ideology &Politics course and play a leading role in its moral education, consequently to spur the quality education in a further step.
