Constructivism is the most eminent event in the education field of mathematics in the 80's and 90's (Clement). It emphasizes that every learner should construct their knowledge by the unique experience which is made by the interactive roles between the world and themselves, not emphasizes the transmission of knowledge. Its theory focuses on that knowledge is constructed by people, not objectively exists in the world out of the brain. Learning is an active process of construction which bases on knowledge and experience learnt by students. Besides, it must be done in specially social environment.The teaching method of mathematics teachers must be available to promote the cognitive construction of mathematics which is constructed by students actively. This paper criticizes the disadvantage of in present mathematics teaching in high school, brings to light the teaching strategy and procedure of constructivism, as well as makes the experiment study on the change of teaching of mathematics, which is appropriate for the practice of class teaching on the basis of guidance exploring teaching method. The teaching strategies of constructivism, which is suggested by this present experiment study, are that: (1) target direction, innovation environment; (2) independent exploration, active experience; (3) interactive communication, coordinate study; (4) reflective comments, meaning construction; (5) changeable practice, induce and deduce. The teaching procedure of this constructivism is that: (1) set up a situation; stimulate exploring motivation and interest (2) show the situation; guide the students to explore independently. (3) discuss coordinatety; the students put forward their exploring guesses. (4) study independently; construct knowledge actively. (5) reflective comments. After the summary of the teacher, the students should make a conclusion by themselves.This experiment is divided into two phases. I've got the following conclusions and thoughts:(1) This method takes great advantage of promoting the students show great interest in maths and change their study attitudes.(2) By using this method the students can improve their grades in the maths examination.(3) This method is beneficial to the application of quality education.(4) The direction of this constructive theory can play a role in teaching-----just tosome extent.
